A Class Apart will never require you to provide us with any financial information or passwords, if you are asked for this it is not genuine and not from us, please ignore the request.

We will never send password reset emails unless prompted to do so by you clicking the “reset password” option at log in.

Emails will arrive from @aclassapart.co.uk, if they are not, it is not genuine.

Please feel free to include just a single name, nickname or even made-up name when communicating if you would rather not have your real name disclosed.

You will need to provide an email to register and phone number to allow the buyers to communicate with you.

We recommend meeting at a safe third-party location whenever possible. If you are selling large amounts that cannot be easily moved, it’s best to only provide your address once you’ve agreed to make the deal or arranged an inspection.

Posting your address in the ad description is not recommended.

We highly recommend that you don’t provide any money until after you’ve met the seller in person and had a chance to inspect the item.

A Class Apart will review each ad before it is posted but please report anything you find suspicious to us and we can remove the ad and block their account if necessary.
